Possibly a combination of the Great Dane, Senna Hound, Bloodhound and Mastiff, the Saint Bernard is from Switzerland. The Saint was used as an avalanche rescue dog in the snowy passes in the Swiss Alps. The Saint stands 27" at the shoulder and needs lots of room and daily exercise.
