Norwegian Lundehund

The Norwegian Lundehund is loyal, kind, observant, clever, good, affectionate, lively, charming, playful, happy and always in top shape for a tramp. This northland survivor boasts six toes on each foot. Some scientists have suggested that lundehunds are the original "ur" hund, and have survived from before the last Ice Age. "We have now the remains of an old breed of dog which, because of the area where it has been a working dog, has characteristics not found in other parts of the world. We know that the breed is genetically undisturbed by foreign blood."
