Labrador Retriever

Labrador Retriever image The Labrador Retriever originated on the island of Newfoundland. One of the world's most popular breeds, these medium sized dogs' primary function is retrieving.
They are of sound temperament, easily trained and are very versatile. Labs are widely used; from seeing eye dogs, to hunting companions, to drug detection work and as beloved family companions.

Fanciers in the Calgary area hunt with their Labs.
Labrador Retrievers ONLY come in three registered colours: Yellow, Black & Chocolate.
