Greenland Dog


The Greenland Dog remains principally a working dog. They have the typical, Nordic, good, loyal, affectionate temperament. The dogs work well in teams. They are independent and self-willed, and rowdy and boisterous in their play. The thick, stand-off outer coat and dense under wool allow them to withstand constant outdoor living in very cold temperatures. Any color allowed except albino. Weighs approximately 65 pounds and stands 24 inches at the shoulder.
